Offering a basic salary + commission, your role is to take inbound sales calls and to understand the customer’s needs prior to booking them a cruise holiday. Employees will be expected to attain company performance targets with an OTE of £28k pa. You will be required to work shifts.
Requiring a genuine enthusiasm for working with customers to help them address their holiday queries, our customer support team are dedicated to dealing with a wide variety of issues and resolving them to our customers satisfaction. Computer skills are important as well as a great phone manner. Normal working hours are 9am to 5:30pm and there will be a requirement to work alternate Saturdays. Salary negotiable, dependent on experience.
