Dear Imagine . . .
Your booking arrangements were first class, our hotel in Sydney, the Cambridge in Riley Street was fine, fairly central and a short walk to the free bus, No 555, down George St to the harbour and circular quay etc. Also the walk to Darling harbour was no problem for an evening meal. Sydney is not expensive and we would have liked another day at least to explore further. As regular cruisers the first part of the itinerary was good, visiting the main cities of Australia, as in my case re-visiting, the seven days at sea was not a problem as the weather was a la Caribbean, perhaps warmer !!
Thailand is Thailand and as previous visitors we knew what to expect but Ho Chi Minh city(Saigon) was superb, impressed is an understatement. The journey from the port was most interesting seeing all the rural sites, then the smart hotels, the French influence etc. A trip to a lacquer factory was a first, so enjoyable - another first. Then onto Singapore and your choice of Hotel the Peninsular Excelsior - wow, 21st floor, room 2100, large window, at least 12ft by 6ft, like looking at a large TV screen! Panoramic views of just about everything you wished to see without the walk! Again could have done with another day here the Taxis very cheap , port to hotel and hotel to airport only 16 Singapore dollars (£8).
The whole 25 days was so reasonably priced it had to be the bargain of the year.
Valparaiso, Chile – Sydney, Australia . . .
We have recently returned from the above booking Cruise, and I just wanted to thank you for your service. We were very pleased with all aspects of your team, from the efficient booking staff through the customer support and dealing with my questions and the teams overseas as the holiday progressed.
The personnel both in Chile and Sydney were helpful and courteous. The transport was efficient, clean and on time, and the hotels were of a very good standard and pleasant to stay in. (The one in Sydney could not have been better positioned).
A wee note of thanks for the help my wife and I were given by your customer support staff when one of our suitcase went missing between Heathrow and Cape Town. I would also like to commend Lisa who went way beyond the call of duty to ensure our emergency needs were covered, when we boarded the QM2 with the suitcase still missing. My reason for writing was/is to thank all Imagine staff for their excellent customer support.
A BIG THANK YOU for getting me on board the Queen Mary 2 on her 10th January sailing to Capetown and beyond. I have just returned from Capetown and had a wonderful time with friends.

I must compliment a member of your team. This is my 2nd booking with Imagine Cruising, sailing with P & O from Cape Town to Southampton In April. As part of your package it included 3 days in Cape Town. I contacted imagine cruising to change my Hotel in Cape Town for my stay, and was so impressed with Kayleigh. She was extremely polite, helpful and professional. She presented me with several hotel options yesterday, and it transpired she was still in the office after her normal work hours. She also promptly phoned me this morning, to confirm my choice of hotel.

My wife and I have just returned from our holiday on the Q.M. 2 and Christmas in New York, we had a fabulous time and this just to say "thank you" for your part in organising our holiday.
The QM2 is incredible, the Hotel you booked for us in New York, The Lexington on Lexington Avenue, was brilliant. We told reception we were concerned about traffic noise and they gave us an upgrade from our booked "Standard" room to a "Kings" room. Although it was at the rear with no street views it meant we were very comfortable and quiet. We could not fault the hotel at all and would definitely recommend it.
The flight back with Virgin Atlantic was smooth and hassle free. My wife lost her spectacles during the boarding procedure and the cabin crew managed to locate them in the terminal and returned them to her.
All in all we had a great holiday, so thank you.
Just want to say “Many Thanks” for the very efficient way you handled my queries on Monday last and getting back to me as promised.

From the moment we arrived in London on the 10th July to stay at the Cadogan (very nice) to boarding the British Pullman we knew everything was going to be well-organised and so exciting, “Poirots” appearance was the icing on the cake!

The service on the Eastern Oriental train was first class and the food could not have been better. The Movenpick Jumeriah Beach hotel in Dubai is a very good hotel and the staff are very attentive.
