As I said to you on the telephone, I will now make a point of contacting you personally whenever I am considering such holidays in the future.
We recently booked a cruise through your company for the Transatlantic crossing of the Queen Victoria ex-Venice on the 20th November, Princess Grill. During the booking process I had need to call your company on more than one occasion and each time was treated with courtesy and politeness; I found the customer service team very, very helpful, even keeping their patience when I asked silly questions.
We have cruised for years and our next one on the Queen Victoria will be our 41st cruise with another two booked already.
I'm sure that you get many complaints and very few e-mails or letters of praise and recommendation but I haved passed on your company name and telephone number to friends who are also keen cruisers.

Thank you so much for the confirmation invoice & ATOL Receipt which I received today and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you as I asked for to favour requests the first one was for two Isle seats because of my wife`s arthritic knee so when she needs to use the Ladies I can help her out of her seat and we dont have to disturb any of the other passengers plus it will be so nice for her to stretch our her knee every so often and the 2nd one is that you have located us to deck 8 which is marvellous could you please go a further bit more by helping us to locate a cabin to amidships close to the lifts, once again this would be very much appreciated indeed.... To All Customer Staff thank you so very much.

Just a short note to thank you for all your help with our booking. We had a great time and really appreciate you organising for us to be located near the Spa. The ship was spotless and the food excellent as were the staff so I will definitely be cruising again. I am hoping to come back in the next few months and bring my husband this time so will be keeping an eye on future deals.
This is just a quick email as I wanted you to know that three of your girls this week have been amazing and helped us out hugely. Jamie, Lisa and Kayla have been helping us with spilt cabin changes on Oriana and Arcadia; Jamie took the original call from me and was very helpful from the word go. She took all the references and advised she would get onto it straight away which she did and already had acceptances. She then called to say she was leaving the office and gave me Lisa and Kayla's names as points of contact; they also kept us fully in the loop and were extremely helpful.
They have converted all the bookings we gave them apart from two as they are still trying to contact the passengers (there were 10 cabins on Arcadia and 10 cabins on Oriana approx). We have said thank you to them and just wanted to let you know how grateful we are for their help and support; this has meant a lot to us.
