You’ll have another day to explore this cosmopolitan city, full of Catalan flavour. As well as the must-see attractions, like Gaudi’s masterpiece of La Sagrada Familia, the famous boulevard of La Rambla and the stunning Barri Gotic, head off the beaten track to areas like El Poblenou to discover authentic Catalan restaurants and hip cafes.
Next you’ll head for glamorous Monaco, the world’s second smallest country. Away from the gleaming buildings and super yachts you could head to charming Le Rocher and stroll along the intimate winding lanes of the old town.
Rome - Disembark Queen Victoria and Florence Hotel Stay
You’ll disembark Queen Victoria in Rome and transfer to Florence for a one night stay. The most beautiful of Italy’s Renaissance cities, Florence is often described as an open-air museum. Great fun can be had just strolling the streets, joining the locals as they potter between the stunning piazzi, roaming across the Ponte Vecchio and shopping for beautiful leatherwear in the city’s colourful markets.

Today you will board the Venice-Simplon-Orient Express for an iconic train journey that will take you through the stunning countryside of Italy, Switzerland and France on the most elegant of voyages. The highlight of your journey will be your dinner served in one of the 1920s restaurant cars, complete with wood marquetry and Lalique glass panels.
London - Disembark Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
On the final day of your adventure, you’ll depart the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express at the French coast, boarding the iconic British Pullman train on the other side of the English Channel. It’s the fitting end to a very sophisticated journey.
