Position – Full Time - Permanent
Salary – Circa £50,000 per annum but variable based on experience
Based – Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire
Reporting to – Contracting Director

Our Head Office is in the UK with a team of 150 and we are now trading in South Africa, Australia, (Brisbane & Perth), and New Zealand, a total of 250 employees.
Imagine Cruising believes in developing the knowledge, capability and skills of all staff in the company. That may mean that from time to time we will ask staff to be flexible in working in and supporting different areas of the business either within their own teams or through working with colleagues on projects and activities around the business. This will help develop both individuals and the company as a whole in our fast moving and developing business.
Typical Activities
- Control global million-pound budgets, ensuring profit targets are met through its various revenue streams whilst mitigating any liability
- Management of all operational and purchasing aspects of aviation with 15 dedicated staff
- Recommend, present and implement overall strategies around air procurement and improvements to the customer air journey
- Ensure minimal risk on all tickets issues and ensure recovery of all air revenue refunds due
- Maintain strong airline relationships with key air partners and consolidators. Manage both operational and strategic conversation ensuring favourable terms are agreed
- Conduct full tenders on both GDS providers and consolidators
- Review global system efficiencies and implement process enhancements where required
- Manage commitment risk and stock levels to support product strategy
- Manage, develop and motivate direct reports as well as the wider team
- Drive upsell initiatives to support concierge workflow and increase margin
Skill Set Required
- Commercial Aviation experience
