Our Current Roles

Aviation Manager

As an Aviation Manager, the successful candidate will control all operational elements of aviation, manage the aviation team, concierge delivery and monitor and analyse the performance of the team in order to identify when and where to improve in order to maximise profitability of the department as a whole.

Customer Support Advisor

To be the first, after sales point of contact for customers who have purchased a holiday with Imagine Cruising, processing information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about their holiday. The Customer Support Advisor must be able to deliver high levels of customer service in a timely way, and is expected to continue to develop the existing relationships we have with our customers.

Aviation Purchasing Executive

To ensure flight bookings and queries are dealt with in a cost effective and efficient manner in order to help Products, Sales and Customer Support. Supporting our international offices in South Africa and Australia.

Sales Advisor

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, highly driven and focussed person who loves sales and can demonstrate their ability in achieving KPI’s. In this role there may be future opportunity to travel to one of our offices overseas if you are eager to learn and you have the ability to sell the amazing holidays we provide to our customers.

Business Analyst

Working alongside the Head of FP&A and the Product and Commercial Managers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the monthly forecasts and trading performance against key metrics.

Senior Tour Manager

As a Senior Tour Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellence in resort to Imagine Cruising/Holidays customers. 

Database Developer

We are looking to add an experienced SQL developer to the Data Team. The work will be a combination of “greenfield” project work and support of the existing Data Warehouse and reporting systems.  The Data Team support all areas of the business (globally) and have a wide-ranging remit across the business, from ad-hoc data queries through to business-transforming analytic dashboards.

Contract Database Developer

We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer (Contract) to add to the Data Team, primarily to work on an exciting “greenfield” project, using data from our existing Data Warehouse and elsewhere. The right candidate will be self-reliant, yet a good team player, with good analytical and development skills and an eye for detail, who can quickly adapt to meet flexible business needs.

IT - Project Manager

The Project manager will ensure that designated projects are completed on time and within budget. This will require working with project stakeholders and agreeing timelines and re-sources schedules. The establishment and management of a project board is required to ensure that all stakeholders have visibility of project issues and risks.

Tour Manager

As a Tour Manager the successful candidate will ensure all ground services are managed efficiently and to a high standard, in accordance with our SOPs, in order to consistently exceed customer expectations.

Operations Executive

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic operations professional to deliver all ground service elements of the holiday package to meet the required customer service standards. The role is based in the UK but will expedite our operational delivery across all of our markets.  In all of our Product and Marketing activities we focus on ‘standing out from the crowd’ and delivering innovation.

Marketing Content Proofer/Loader

The Marketing Content Proofer/Loader will be involved in all aspects of the marketing function, working on activities through traditional print marketing and collateral, digital marketing; website, social media and email marketing. You will be joining a fast-paced marketing team that work to very tight deadlines and deliver to a high standard.

Graphic Designer

Working in a fast paced and reactive environment, take briefs and develop bespoke design solutions, ensuring customer engagement with a key focus on unique selling points. Implement the latest trends and design practices to create print and email marketing in cohesion with the digital journey to ensure a positive ROI (return on investment).

Print Artworker

The Print Artworker will be involved in all aspects traditional print marketing, including creating and submitting adverts for national press to direct mailers and brochures. You will be joining a fast-paced marketing team that work to very tight deadlines and deliver to a high standard. The successful candidate will be highly driven and keen to prove themselves in an entrepreneurial business.

Financial Controller

Ensure the integrity of global financial reporting at all times, improving controls and processes where required. Motivate, develop and maintain a strong team.

Events Manager

As an Event Manager, you will ensure that all Imagine Cruising events both at sea or on land are planned and executed to an exceptionally high standard.
