Is there Wi-Fi aboard your ships?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available on all voyages.
What is the smoking policy onboard your ships?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the ship and in passenger cabins. Smoking is only permitted in designated, outdoor smoking areas.
Am I able to access television whilst on the ship?
Yes, flat-screen televisions are available on board the ships. However, due to the nature of satellite reception, please be aware that this may be temporarily restricted depending on location.
Can I do my own laundry on board?
Self-service laundry is exclusive to American Queen only. For a nominal fee, Ocean Voyager and Ocean Navigator can provide laundry services.
Is there a restriction on how much luggage I can bring?
No, there are no restrictions on luggage. However, it is advised that you do not bring more than necessary. Smaller suitcases can be stored under your bed.
Are there medical facilities on board?
Yes, there is a medical infirmary and doctor on board should you require medical attention.
