Job Purpose

Working alongside the Head of FP&A and the Product and Commercial Managers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the monthly forecasts and trading performance against key metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately build monthly P&L forecasts within agreed time frames
  • Assist Commercial Managers with the builds of the monthly marketing plans and book marketing where required.
  • Prepare and update daily calls and P&L forecasts for Commercial Managers.
  • Accurately report on performances as required.
  • Accurately update master mitigation document to include package forecasts.
  • Track and produce business updates for overrides including cruise Lines, flights and land suppliers.
  • Track financial risks in relation to cruise and rail charters
  • General analytical tasks as required.

Skill Set Required

  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a clear focus on high quality and accuracy
  • Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email
  • Able to get on with others and be a team-player
  • Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
  • Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to deliver under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
